This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who in any way uses Baaboom's services or products and/or otherwise has contact with us. In this policy, Baaboom describes its personal data processing and what rights you have under applicable privacy legislation.

The company that receives the data is solely Personal Data Controller for the personal data processing it performs for these purposes.
As a Personal Data Controller, we may share your information with our client in order to fulfill the obligations we have due to the Personal Data Processing agreement we have with them.
We may also share your personal data if necessary to establish, enforce and exercise Baaboom's legal interests.
We may also share your personal data when required by law or government regulation.
Where is your personal data processed?
Your personal data is processed within the EU / EEA. In the event that we use service providers that transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU and the EEA, we will take steps to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements, for example by demanding that the supplier protect the data in accordance with applicable data protection rules. Your rights
Correction and access to your information
When we process your personal data, you have the right at any time to demand correction of incorrect information and to change the information you have provided.
You also have the right to demand an extract from the register to find out what personal data we have registered about you.
Revoke consent of future processing
If we process your personal data on the legal basis of consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent regarding future processing.
Oppose processing
You have the right to oppose processing that we perform on the legal basis of interest.
Deletion
